Digital purchases
Digital purchases are non-refundable after successful delivery or download. Exceptions may apply for a duplicate purchase, an unresolved technical failure, or a clear Graceland error.
Physical purchases
Physical-book sales are final once shipped. Damaged-in-transit books and wrong items shipped by Graceland may be replaced at no additional cost under the Shipping Policy.
Tax at launch
No separate sales tax is charged at launch. This statement describes the checkout presentation and does not make a legal claim that no tax obligation exists.
Marketing email
Purchasing a book does not automatically enroll you in promotional email. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in.
